BACK PAIN IN PHYSICALLY ACTIVE A DOLESCENTS

Pain in the back and waist occur with a frequency of 1-2% in the 7-year-olds to 26% among 17-year-olds. The sharp rise of the frequency of back pain is registered in the prepubertal and pubertal age. Back pain often recorded in girls. In adolescents and young adults involved in sports, recorded pain more frequently than in the general population. The causes of pain can be physical, anatomical and psychological factors, hypokinesia, eating disorders. Differential diagnosis is aimed at excluding prognostically unfavorable conditions. The recommended aertal (aceclofenac) as a symptomatic treatment.
