FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE VASCULAR HEMODYNAMICS TO IMPROVE THE MORPHO-FUNCTIONAL STATUS OF THE ORGANISM

Objective:to study the reaction vessels of the brain to exercise.
Materials and Methods: The persons with blood circulation in the vessels of the brain. Dopplerografieskie research. According to the aims and objectives of a phased program of pedagogical experiment recreational exercise was compiled for students with ESP, which includes three stages: Stage I: Strengthening of the musculoskeletal system, with emphasis on the neck and thoracic spine (3 months). The task of this stage - normalization of the functions of the vertebral artery with a view to the prevention of osteoarthritis. Particular attention is drawn to the neck and thoracic spine, it is associated with specific training and employment of students. Stage II: Strengthening of the cardiovascular system (3 months). The purpose of this step – normalization of blood circulation to prevent cardiovascular diseases; Stage III: Development of special physical qualities (3 months). The challenge stage - a gradual strengthening and training the major muscle groups, endurance, flexibility, body, coordination of movements, in order to develop physical skills and improve physical performance. Results for: study the effects of exercise on the nature of the power to impact on brain vessels allowed us to rank them according to the state of health of the students. It was determined that the exercises with a large amplitude motions and strong physical stress, as well as exercise associated with pan, tilt and other oscillatory movements of the head, causing a negative reaction on the part of the brain vessels, especially in hypotensive patients. Respectively, in hypertensive response occurs in response to exercise with a strong physical stress and low amplitude movements. Conclusion: for the individualization of pedagogical influences in the course of physical training of persons suffering from diseases of the vascular system of the brain, it is necessary to separate the hyper- and hypotensive patients by type of vascular brain reactions. Early diagnosis of the individual degree of exercise tolerance, defined in terms of cerebral circulation, to avoid over-voltage functions of the body and increase the level of public health.
