SOMATOTYPE AS POSSIBLE MARKER OF DESEASES ANDMOTION ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS

А. V. MESHCHERYAKOV, S. P. LEVUSHKIN RUSSIAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE, SPORT, YOUTH AND TOURISM, MOSCOW, RUSSIA

Objective: To identify the correlation between somatotype of the special medical group students and their diseases and susceptibility to physical activity. Materials and methods: The study involved 644 students – boys of special medical group from 17 to 20 years distributed into four groups according to their somatotype (asthenoid, thoracic, muscular and antipyretic). We used methods of analysis of heart rate variability, determination of physical performance (Bicycle ergometry, functional test PWC150, the method of determining the intensity of the pulse accumulation of debt), tests of physical fitness. The disease was determined during the examination and analysis of medical cards.
Results: The surveyed students identified the relationship between underlying disease and somatotype, the effective movement modes to optimize the physical state.
Conclusions: Representatives of different somatotypes are characterized not only by their specific shapes and sizes of the body but also by the specific activity of the neuroendocrine system, predisposition to various diseases, susceptibility of the organism to physical activity. The identified features can serve as the basis for constructing a system of physical education of youth, which takes into consideration the correlation between somatotype and motor preferences, structure, motility and presence of abnormalities in their health.
