DYNAMICS AND DETERMINANTS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN YOUNG ATHLETES: INCREASING CAPACITY BICYCLE EXERCISE LOADS

The purpose of our research was to study dynamics of variability of heart rhythm (VHR) at increasing in capacity cycling loadings up to refusal. The research included 18 biathletes and football players of 13-16 years old. It was found that at increase in loading capacity the decrease in time parameters VHR occurs up to the level of loading making 70-80 % from maximum, after which up to the maximum loading such parameters of variability as RMS and SD1 increase. For parameters VHR registered at loading up to 2.5 wt/kg the positive interrelations with aerobic opportunities of working capacity, negative interrelations with the parameters reflecting a sympathicotonic orientation of reaction on ortho-probe are defined. The parameters of variability registered at the maximum and the next upcoming loadings, had not authentic interrelations neither with parameters of working capacity, nor with the parameters of pulse received in rest.
