INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES ON THE MAIN CARDIAL HEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS AND HEART RATE

АCHKАSОV E.E., LАNDYR A.P.
This lecture is continuing the cycle of lectures about heart rate monitoring during physical education and sport activities, that started in 2012 year in the journal “Sports medicine: science and practice ”. The lecture deals with the influence of physical activities on the main hemodynamic parameters (stroke volume, cardiac output, cardiac reserve) and characteristics of heart rate variability during different kinds of physical exercises (one-time physical activity, increasing level of physical activity, anaerobic exercises, long-term physical activity). The lecture presents the concept and estimation of maximal heart rate during exercise and heart rate reserve. Also, it deals with heart rate variability during the period of recovery after physical exercise and the influence of environmental factors (temperature and humidity, altitude, etc.) on heart rate while exercising (performing physical exercises and sports).
Keywords:
heart rate, myocardium, cardiovascular system, physical exercise, haemodynamics, stroke volume, cardiac output, cardiac reserve, athletes, sport, physical education, environmental factors.
