PARAMETERS OF EXPONENTIAL EQUATION IN ESTIMATION OF RECOVERY A PULSE RATE BY YOUNG SPORTSMEN AFTER EXECUTION ACCELERATED CAPACITY, INTERUPTED VELOERGOMETER LOADING TO OVERFLOWING

Character of dynamics of a pulse rate, dispersion parameters and parameters of the exponential equation within the 3 minutes recovery periods in view of power of the executed veloergometer loading are studied. Under observation were 18 young sportsmen of 13–16 years old, biathlonists and football players. The initial capacity of loading was 1,0 W/kg, at the subsequent increase at 0,5 W/kg till the moment of refusal of work, with duration of performance of each step of 4 minutes. Parameters of pulse were registered on system Polar RS800 within the 3 minutes period of recovery. The importance of a complex of analyzed parameters of the exponential equation for definition of intensity of an organism functioning depending on a maximum level of loading and for the prediction aerobic opportunities of physical capacity calculated on the equation of Muller is established. The equations of prediction of the discussed parameters are developed.
