FEA TURES OF THE SYSTEMIC ORGANIZA TION OF PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF INCREASING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN PERSONS DOING INCREASING INTENSITY GRADED PHYSICAL EXERCISES AND SPOR TS

Objective: to study the system organization of physiological functions in persons doing increasing intensity graded physical exercises and sports. Material and methods: 16 male-volunteers took part in the research. They performed an increasing intensity step-dosed physical load test on the cycle ergometer. The load on the first step of the test was 60 W, and the subsequent loads were consistently incresing with a 20 W increments until they reached a grade, when a patient became unable to continue. The duration of every step was 2 minutes. The testing was conducted at a constant speed of pedaling. Every step was followed by a 6-minute recovery. Electromyography (muscles of the right hip) and ECG (I and V5-leads) were registered during all steps of the test.
Results: the study indentified the dynamics of physical-exercise related changes in the cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular systems in the achievement of the results on every step of the test. Parameters of achieved results and its «physiological prices» was estimated for every load stage-
Conclusions: The systemic organization of physical functions is specific to every stage of sport activity. It was shown that sport results has strong corellation with the organization of spysical functions.
